We had a great experience with Texas Central Air (TCA). We were told by a different A/C and Heating company that we needed to replace both our furnaces and air conditioning units in order for the systems to run more efficiently. The furnaces most likely had cracked heat exchangers, which meant that there was a potential for carbon monoxide poisoning, and our air conditioning units would freeze in the Houston summers. For safety reasons, and since the systems were almost 19 years old, we decided it was best to purchase 2 new furnaces and 2 new air conditioning units. When we received our first quote from the other company, it was extremely high! We decided to “shop” around and contacted TCA for a quote. They came out that same day and gave us a quote that was $6,000 LESS! Not only was the quote a lot less, the equipment we were quoted on was an “upgrade” of the equipment quoted from the first company. Additionally, when we called, there was a cold front, and we asked if TCA could come out as quickly as possible. Literally, on a half a day’s notice, they came and installed all of the systems in our house. An added benefit of going through TCA was there was a financing option, so replacing all the furnaces and air conditioning units didn’t hit us in the pocketbook all at once. To make a long story short, TCA took care of us, and we felt that they installed top notch equipment and delivered excellent customer service. Thank you TCA!

I contacted Texas Central Air, in the evening, when my A/C stopped working and someone was out the next morning. The company is professional and friendly, with extremely reasonable pricing for either repairs or new equipment. I like the fact that they try to fix what you have first before trying to replace it (unlike most other companies). Having an 11 year old unit, we eventually needed it replaced. We had several estimates and saved $5000.00 by using Texas Central Air vs. JM’s (company’s initials) best offer for a smaller unit with less energy efficiency. Using Texas Central Air will give you more for your money at a lower price with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you are in need of A/C service – HONEST AND FAST SERVICE.

I was very pleased with the installation of my new AC system. They brought enough people to do the job in a timely manner, took extra steps to insure they didn’t make a mess in the house, were well supervised, and performed all the items that we had agreed upon. They went beyond what I had initially expected as they identified some problems with the older installation. They also included some extras as part of their standard package that others had not proposed. Their price was very competitive although not the lowest bidder. I went with Texas Central Air because I had the most confidence in them after their initial inspection visit.

After returning from a trip to India I found that the stifling heat had followed me. My long wait for AC was interrupted when our condenser failed. Texas Central Air was quick to respond. I am very impressed with Texas Central Air. The prompt service, fair prices, attention to detail, and above all courteousness has won us over as a return customer. They never rushed me when asking questions so I could learn about the problems our AC system was experiencing. Timing was not as critical as getting our system repaired based on our needs and support we could count on. We have recently installed new carpets and hard wood flooring, and Texas Central Air went the extra steps making sure not to damage the floors or dirty the carpets, by placing drop cloths in work areas and removing shoes when crossing carpeted areas. Texas Central Air provided us with the options for repair/replace and allowed us to decide what worked for us and did exactly as we requested. I will absolutely return to Texas Central Air in the event we experience any problems with our HVAC system.

Texas Central Air was terrific. We called at 8:00 AM and they were at our home within the hour diagnosing our air conditioning problem. After finding the issue they gave several options on how to fix the issue from a low price option to a higher priced option. They let us make the decision. At installation there employees were professional and well organized! We thank Texas Central Air and there team for making our house cool again!

I especially want to let you know that I appreciate your effort in getting the units installed in the most expeditious manner and the follow up a few days later. Jason was awesome in his service. He even recommended an Attic shield product to help contain the heat from the attic as my thermostat is right under attic stairs.

I just had 2 new complete AC systems replaced…a big job. I got multiple quotes; however, I decided to go w/Texas Central Air because of his honesty and value. There are so many ac companies out there that are trying to sell you everything even if things are still functioning. Additionally, other ac companies promise they will be coming “between 12 hour windows”. FORGET ALL THAT! When you call Texas Central Air, expect your expectations to be exceeded. Texas Central Air gives you a written estimate for cost , and their workers are very courteous and efficient. Not to mention, they take the extra steps to ensure your home is not dirtied in anyway. They do the work promptly as promised & they stand by their work. With that type of integrity and value, you’ll never have to call another ac company again. It was a definitely a pleasant experience even as I spent a significant amount of money to completely redo 2 new AC systems. Texas Central Air is simply the best!
